VelvetKept is an adults-only companionship-dating platform. Patrons purchase platform Credits to unlock content, conversations, and other digital engagements offered by independent Companions. The platform is a venue and payment intermediary; it does not employ, direct, or control Companions.
VelvetKept does not broker sexual services. It facilitates social companionship and online interaction only.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. Identity and age are verified for Companions before listing and for Patrons before purchase.
You may not use the platform from a jurisdiction where operation or use would be unlawful. Sign-ups may be geo-blocked accordingly.
You may not solicit, offer, arrange, or advertise sexual services for money or any other consideration. You may not use the platform to recruit, transport, or traffic any person, or to exploit any person in any way.
You may not move payments off-platform, harass or stalk other users, upload content you do not have rights to, or share another person's content. Violations result in suspension or permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement where required.
Credits are a platform payment instrument, not currency or securities. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Companions receive 80% of the Credits value of qualifying engagements (net of the platform fee). Payouts require a verified payout account held in the Companion's own legal name.
Meet-request deposits are commitment and no-show protection; they are not payment for services.
Non-explicit and suggestive content only. Explicit sexual content, and any content involving or appearing to involve minors, is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported.
You grant VelvetKept a license to host and deliver your content to entitled users. Watermarks and signed URLs protect content from redistribution; circumventing them is a Terms violation.
We screen content and messages for prohibited conduct, including automated solicitation detection. Flagged items are reviewed by moderators; we may suspend, ban, or report users and preserve records as required by law.
Your use is governed by the Privacy Policy. You may export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelvetKept is not liable for interactions between users, including in-person meetings. Meet safely features are provided for convenience and do not guarantee safety.
Account data (email, password hash, role), profile data (handle, city, birth date, photos), verification outcome and provider reference only (documents are held by the verification provider), content and messages, transaction and ledger records, and standard device/telemetry data.
To operate the platform: discovery, payments and payouts, safety and moderation, anti-fraud, and legal compliance. We never sell personal data.
PII fields are encrypted at rest; card data is collected and processed directly by CCBill (we never see card numbers).
Messages: life of the account plus 12 months post-deletion for legal hold, then purged. Media: deleted at account deletion. Financial records: retained 7 years as required, with user identifiers pseudonymized after deletion.
Export your data or request account deletion at any time from Settings → Your data & privacy. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel.
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have additional rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to processing. Contact privacy@velvetkept.com.
Payment processor (CCBill), identity verification provider, email provider, and hosting/CDN providers process data under contract. Law-enforcement disclosure only per legal process.
Credits are a platform payment instrument used to unlock content and engagements. Credit bundle purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable law.
If a purchase is charged but Credits are not delivered to your wallet due to a technical fault, contact support and the purchase will be credited or refunded at our discretion.
If paid content is materially different from its description, you may file a dispute within 24 hours of the spend from your transaction history. Moderators review disputes; upheld disputes return the Credits to your wallet.
Disputes are reviewed per transaction. Credits refunded through a dispute are platform Credits, not card refunds.
Contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster through support. Chargebacks filed on delivered Credits may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining Credits, and are contested with transaction records.
Pending payouts reversed by a successful patron chargeback are deducted from the affected earnings per the Companion payout terms. Companions are notified of chargeback deductions.

VelvetKept is restricted to adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). All Companions complete government-ID and liveness verification through our independent verification provider before their profiles are listed. Patrons are verified before making purchases.
Verification documents are held by the verification provider, not on VelvetKept servers. We retain the verification outcome and provider reference only.
VelvetKept does not permit sexually explicit content as defined by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A, and is therefore not a producer of materials covered by those statutes. All persons appearing in content are verified adults aged 18 or older at the time of upload.
Records required to confirm performer age are maintained by the platform and its verification provider. Custodian of records inquiries: compliance@velvetkept.com.
VelvetKept is a companionship and dating platform. It does not broker, facilitate, or permit the advertisement or arrangement of sexual services. Users who solicit or offer such services are banned and may be reported to law enforcement, including under applicable anti-trafficking statutes.
Suspected illegal content — especially any content involving minors — should be reported immediately to compliance@velvetkept.com. Content involving minors is reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities.
